Biography
Born on September 6, 1949. In 1971 he graduated from Tomsk Polytechnic University. The total experience of scientific and pedagogical activity-49 years, including 29 years of teaching. Positions in educational and scientific institutions: Junior researcher, assistant, senior lecturer, associate Professor, Professor; in IPM SB RAS: senior researcher, head of laboratory, head of Department, head of inter-Branch scientific and technical center "welding", chief researcher. The total experience of scientific and pedagogical activity-49 years, including 29 years of teaching. Positions in educational and scientific institutions: Junior researcher, assistant, senior lecturer, associate Professor, Professor; in ISPMS SB RAS: senior researcher, head of laboratory, head of Department, head of Inter-branch scientific and technical center "Welding", chief researcher. The author of more than 400 scientific works, including 7 monographs and 40 copyright certificates and patents for inventions, was awarded the title of "Inventor of the USSR". Developments on creation of adaptive pulse technologies of welding and surfacing are awarded with the Big gold medal of the Siberian fair of 2003, the gold medal of the Kuzbass fair of 2004, the Small gold medal of the Siberian fair of 2005, the medal of the Siberian Athens competition in connection with the 400 anniversary of Tomsk. Expert of the Russian science Foundation. Co-Chairman and member of the organizing committees of various scientific and technical conferences held in Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan.
